Reviews and Ratings
My stay had some highlights and a few drawbacks. The wood-burning fireplace and views from the unit were simply amazing! However, the room had issues like missing blinds and malfunctioning locks that affected my overall experience. The staff was helpful and responsive, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved, particularly in the common areas.
Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. The resort offers breathtaking views of the mountains, and it’s clear they’ve made some efforts to remodel certain areas which I appreciated. However, I encountered some significant issues with the cleanliness and condition of the unit I was in. The outdated furniture and appliances really dampened the experience, and the noise from neighboring units was a consistent distraction.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the stunning views and location by Sugar Mountain are definitely highlights, and the recent renovations made a positive difference. On the other hand, some rooms are still in need of repair and cleanliness was a concern in certain areas. Overall, it’s a place with potential, but it's not quite there yet.
We had a pleasant stay overall, but there were some issues that really stood out. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the space in our unit. However, the inoperable sofa beds were a major problem for us, and it seems like maintenance could use some attention to detail. The amenities were nice, but the resort feels like it could benefit from some updates.
The resort has a stunning setting, with beautiful views of the Sugar Mountain Valley that really take your breath away. The one-bedroom apartment was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, some facilities need attention, and the lack of air conditioning makes summer stays more challenging. Although the kitchen was fully stocked, I did encounter a few maintenance issues that could have affected my overall experience.
